This Privacy Notice regulates the use and protection by EPR Contracts Limited and its group affiliates or if applicable EPR Contracts Limited joint venture entities  (“EPR Contracts”) of “personal data” you provide to EPR Contracts either when using this Website or otherwise in relation to any processing by EPR Contracts of personal data you provide to EPR Contracts for the purposes set out below unless an alternative separate privacy notice applies to such processing.
