The control of water ingress, as well as egress from below ground and water retaining structures has always been a challenge for the construction and civil engineering industry.

EPR Contracts have a dedicated in-house team with the ability to design and install a range of bespoke performance coating, tanking, sealing and waterproofing systems to prevent the ingress or egress of water in above and below ground structures.

We work closely with industry leading system manufacturers and offer technical advice and guidance giving you peace of mind from project inception to completion.

We are able to protect structures above and below ground in accordance with current industry guidance and building standards as well as the relevant British Standard 8102:2022 the ‘Code of Practice for Protection of Below Ground Structures Against Water Ingress’

·  Thick and thin coat cementitious waterproof membranes, renders and slurry’s

·  Polyurethane and polymer grout injection for leak sealing and water stopping
